On the road to college, an experienced guide makes all the difference.
Everyone’s path to higher education is different. As your guide, Peter will ask a lot of questions to understand your college goals. He uses his experience to plot a collaborative path forward. And he’s there to guide you every step of the way. Here’s what it looks like.
Description of Services

Freshmen year, we meet just once each semester. We’re focused on 3 things: course selection, extracurricular involvement, and setting a healthy vision for college.

Sophomore year we meet 1-2 times each semester. We turn our focus to: prepping for AP’s, demonstrating leadership, and identifying purpose and vocation. This is also when we begin researching colleges.

Junior year, we usually meet every 3-4 weeks. First, we research colleges that fit your preferences in order to build a working school list. This includes many you would never have thought of! Next, we build the resume that will be used in every application. Lastly, we plan your senior summer, including any college program applications and essays. By the end of junior year, we have a healthy list of match, reach, and safety schools & a completed Activities List. Your applications are halfway done before summer even begins!

Senior year, we apply. We begin writing your personal statements and UC PIQ essays over the summer. After August 1, we begin writing each school’s supplemental essays. Peter provides organizational tools and guidance to ensure we meet all Early Action, Early Decision, and Regular Decision deadlines.
